"I attended Michael Jackson's Thriller Live concert at the American Airlines Center on Thursday and found it to be quite disappointing. Despite Michael Jackson's wonderful voice and stage presence, my experience was marred by several factors.
For my daughter's birthday, I bought 2 tickets at a significant cost for the 3rd row center seats. However, I was frustrated to see 'standing room' tickets being sold at a much lower price. This allowed a very tall gentleman to stand right in front of me, obstructing my view of the performance.
The stage setup also hindered my enjoyment of the concert. The layout made it difficult to see all 3 performers, especially when they were closer to the band. Those standing likely had a better view, which seemed unfair. The design of the stage needs to be reconsidered.
Overall, I was left questioning the privileges given to those with standing tickets over paying customers. I am now reconsidering attending future concerts at this venue."
